Envoice is a mobile-first invoicing app designed for freelancers and small business owners to create professional invoices fast. Born from my own experience as a pastry chef managing payments at my shop, I saw how complex tools like QuickBooks or FreshBooks made a simple task feel overwhelming for solo entrepreneurs. Envoice is all about speed, simplicity, and clarity, helping users manage their business finances without long setups or unnecessary features.

Understanding the Goal
The project aimed to create an invoicing solution that lets freelancers quickly create and send invoices, with setup taking just minutes. It focuses on simplifying the invoicing process to reduce frustration and help users manage payments more efficiently, ultimately improving cash flow.

Envoice follows a mobile-first design quick access to key features, enabling freelancers to work seamlessly from anywhere. The streamlined setup captures only essentials, while ready-to-use templates reduce effort and decision fatigue. Color-coded payment statuses and one-tap sending with automated reminders make tracking and managing invoices effortless.
